Why did I fail scrutineering?
The inspection sheet checks the brakes, the steering stops, your helmet, the race number and the weight limit in turn. The failed item is highlighted when you're sent back to the Shed — fix that one thing and present again.
Why is my cart slower than yesterday?
Every event's surface is different — dry tarmac, wet cobbles, gravel run-off or leaves on the bends all change grip and rolling resistance. A set-up that wins in the dry can slide about in the wet. Try adjusting wheels, ballast and the brake for today's conditions.
Does the game need the internet?
No. Hay Bale Bend works entirely offline and saves your season, logbook and settings on your device.
How do I change the steering controls?
Open the Paddock tab and pick between left/right buttons and tilt steering, with a sensitivity slider for tilt.
How do I reset my progress?
Open the Paddock tab and choose Reset progress. This clears your season, logbook, saved set-ups and decal photo, and cannot be undone.
How do I remove the nose decal photo?
In the Shed, open the livery and nose decal sheet and choose Remove the photo.
